Kara
Choir member: Alto
Kara is one of the Fishpond Choir’s newest members. She is a working Mum of two small children, who wanted to find some time for her own hobbies in her busy family schedule.
Kara has always loved music. Whilst at university she sang in a number of choirs and also studied classical piano. It has been a few years since Kara has been in a choir, but she has really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere in the Fishpond Choir, as well as the varied repertoire.
“There is something about singing in a group that really lifts your spirits, and I always enjoy the rehearsals. It’s lovely to have something to look forward to at the end of a busy day and it has enhanced the routine of my week!”
